All projects are quoted individually, based on the format needed (infographic, interactive, animation, etc.), the volume of data and design, the complexity of illustration and the required turnaround. To get an accurate, up-front quote for your project, simply get in touch via the contact form.

Turnaround times depend on the format you need, but typically infographics take 7-10 working days, interactive pieces can take up to 4 weeks, and animations take 1-3 weeks, depending on length. Revisions to all projects are included in your quote, and usually take 1-5 working days.

We have an entire team dedicated to data, and a number of complementary services with all formats. These include ideation, research, editing, data mining, and copywriting. Simply get in touch and we’ll factor any additional requirements into the quote.

All IP for the final composition is passed to the client upon full payment. We will publish select infographics on our portfolio, but this can be avoided with a simple request.

Of course. Unlike our competitors, we will not withhold or charge an extra fee for working files, and they can be supplied on request. Working files for design work will be supplied in Adobe Illustrator. Photo elements are supplied in Photoshop, and PDFs / whitepapers can be delivered in InDesign.

Absolutely. We’ve worked with the NHS, Ministry of Defence, United Nations, European Commission, The Bank of England and scores of others with complex, confidential data. We can sign an NDA where required before starting work, and our security system information is available on request.
